Proving Ground is not a digital agency — we don’t create campaigns or manage media.
We are a digital experience company. We span the entire customer experience, across all digital channels, for the life of their relationship with your company — with the goal of ensuring they buy and recommend your products and services enthusiastically. How does that make us different?
We live for the customer rather than “the work.”
We focus on the lifetime value of the customer not just the cost-per-click.
We measure ROI instead of Facebook “likes.”
We start with a business case instead of a creative idea.
We celebrate changing the game over winning awards.
Chief Executive Officer
Effective strategy and technology must serve a vision. Seeing a hole in the Atlanta technology landscape, Danny co- founded Spunlogic in 1999, and steered it to become the largest interactive agency in Atlanta. Serving as CTO until its acquisition by Engauge in 2010, Danny set the tone for how it would successfully deliver innovative solutions for the best known brands in the southeast, including Home Depot, Dell, and Georgia-Pacific.
Danny is doing it again. Initially, he formed Proving Ground to help entrepreneurs take their new product ideas from concept to cash flow. Then, seeing the havoc that channel proliferation was wreaking on the marketing status quo, Danny expanded Proving Ground’s mission to address the digital experience challenges of established companies.
Chief Technology Officer and Solutions Architect
The solutions we build today must be scalable, flexible and maintainable for years. As architect and hands-on developer on projects for Capital One, Southern Company and others, Travis has designed and lead the development of some serious data applications. His largest, a multi-million dollar trading platform, executes more than $11 billion in trades annually. At Proving Ground Travis defines the technologies and development techniques that best fit the needs of the solution and the capabilities of the client company.
Chief Innovation Officer and Solutions Architect
Innovation means building things that haven’t been built before. And while nearly anything is possible, some attempts at achieving them are nearly impossible. The common thread in Nick’s eclectic background is pushing the envelop — including pioneering the digital art program at the Atlanta College of Art, developing industry leading solutions at Air Defense, and solutioning the toughest DSL implementations for MindSpring during broadband’s infancy. Today Nick designs practicable technical solutions for Proving Ground’s most challenging technical problems.
